Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All items are custom-made to order. Production typically takes 7-14 business days after order details are finalized and payment is received. Processing times may vary depending on order size, design complexity, and current workload.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or provided in your quote based on the order size, destination, and shipping method selected.

We primarily ship orders using UPS or USPS, but carriers may vary depending on the shipment.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and begin once the order has shipped. WP Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pickup 

Local pickup may be available by request. Pickup details will be provided once your order is ready.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. WP Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

WP Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

Custom Orders

Because all items are custom-made, shipping timelines may differ from standard retail orders. We will always communicate expected timelines clearly before production begins.
