By accessing this website or placing an order with WP Apparel (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting an order.
Custom Orders
All products offered by WP Apparel are custom-made to order. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, all sales are final once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for approving all designs, sizes, colors, and order details before production. WP Apparel is not responsible for errors once approval is given.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
For custom orders placed through quotes or order requests, a 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due after the order has been completed and delivered. Production will not start until the initial deposit has been received.
For orders placed directly through the website store, full payment is required at checkout before production begins.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes after payment is received.
Turnaround Time
Production times vary depending on order size, design complexity, and current workload. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated before production begins. Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping
WP Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, WP Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a defect or error caused by WP Apparel.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can assist.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production has started. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Intellectual Property
Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted to WP Apparel. WP Apparel is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided designs.
Use of Website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm WP Apparel or its users. All website content, including text and images, is the property of WP Apparel unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
WP Apparel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
Changes to Terms
WP Apparel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
