Refund Policy

At WP Apparel, all products are custom-made to order based on customer-selected designs, sizes, colors, and specifications. Because of this, refunds are handled as follows:

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, refunds are not offered once production has begun.

A refund may only be considered if:

  • There is a manufacturing defect, or

  • An error was made by WP Apparel that differs from the approved order details

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and a description of the problem so we can review and assist.

Website Store Orders

Orders placed through the website store require full payment upfront and are also considered custom-made. As a result, these orders are non-refundable once production has started.

Deposits

For custom orders requiring a deposit, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once production begins, as it covers materials, setup, and labor costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production has started. If canceled before production, any payments made will be refunded minus any applicable processing fees.

Shipping Issues

WP Apparel is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by shipping carriers. Refunds will not be issued for carrier-related delays once an order has shipped.
